Applications for membership are welcomed from individuals, and also from organizations promoting or interested in Turkish studies.  Members are entitled to free or reduced entry to TASG events, to mailings twice annually of free copies of the newsletter Turkish Area Studies Review, now a substantial publication; to vote at the AGM; and to stand for election to Council.
